Consultant - Product Owner/Product Manager F/H

Your Future Team
Within a dynamic collective of 170 Product Management and Agility enthusiasts, you will participate in the development of offers, services, and expertise we provide to our clients, from major groups (Société Générale, LVMH, France TV, …) to start-ups (Doctissimo, Criteo, Deezer, …). You may work on various products (front, back, or API) across all sectors, B2C or B2B (marketplace, platform, e-commerce, backoffice, CRM, …).
Key Responsibilities as a Product Owner
As a Product Owner, you will work across three main axes:
- Strategy, Product Framing & Discovery: You will guide the client in defining the product vision and strategy, and frame the delivery phase. You will promote the first version of the product roadmap, prioritized by business value, while aligning stakeholders.
- Delivery & Growth: You will be responsible for creating, tracking, and adjusting roadmap progress, writing epics and features, and prioritizing the backlog.
- Corporate: You will contribute to the Onepoint dynamic by sharing your expertise, growing the collective, and investing in the structuring and animation of the community through its numerous internal initiatives. You will also contribute to the company's market visibility.
Responsibilities based on Seniority
Depending on your seniority, you may be required to:
- Manage employees or teams within the scope of your missions and internal initiatives.
- Become the point of contact for one or more employees.
- Develop new offers, in line with your expertise or cross-functional needs.
- Identify commercial opportunities and develop your client accounts.
Your Profile and Desired Expertise
- You are a graduate of a top business school and/or engineering school.
- You have 3 to 8 years of experience in product management, with significant experience in consulting.
- You are familiar with methodologies and tools such as: lean startup, design thinking, story mapping, product roadmap, SAFe, …
- You manage the implementation of product analytics methods.
- You know the following technical tools: productboard, jira, slack, hotjar, google analytics, invision, contentsquare, …
- You practice professional English.
