Your New Challenges for This Role

To support our growth within the Data expertise collective, we are recruiting an experienced Data Engineer Azure / Microsoft Fabric F/H (minimum 3 years of experience excluding studies). As an experienced Data Engineer Azure / Microsoft Fabric F/H, you will join our Data pole and actively contribute to the construction and evolution of our unified data platform on the Microsoft Azure and Fabric ecosystem. You will be a key player in implementing end-to-end data solutions, from ingestion to provisioning for analysis and reporting.

Your Missions Will Include:

• Develop, deploy, and maintain robust and scalable data pipelines with Azure Data Factory and/or Fabric pipelines.
• Implement data storage and processing solutions on Azure (Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2, Azure Synapse Analytics, Fabric Lakehouse/OneLake).
• Transform and prepare data using appropriate tools (Dataflows Gen2/Power Query, Spark Notebooks in Synapse/Fabric, SQL...).
• Ensure data integration, quality, and governance within the Microsoft platform.
• Collaborate with Power BI developers, Data Analysts, and business stakeholders to provide optimized datasets.
• Monitor the performance, costs, and reliability of Azure/Fabric data solutions.
• Contribute to technological watch on Azure Data and Microsoft Fabric services.

Your Profile and the Expertise You Wish to Develop:

• You hold a degree from a business school, engineering school, or university and have at least 3 years of experience in a consulting firm since your graduation.
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the Data / BI field (excluding studies).
• You have proven experience in setting up ETL/ELT flows, ideally with Azure Data Factory.
• You are proficient in SQL (T-SQL is a plus).
• You have practical knowledge of key Azure data services (ADLS Gen2, ADF, Synapse Analytics) and/or Microsoft Fabric components (OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Factory, Data Engineering).
• You have some experience with Python or Spark (PySpark) which is desirable.
• Your ability to work in a team, communicate clearly, and be proactive is proven.
• You are technically curious, with a strong sense of rigor and service.
• You are fluent in French and English.
• You have analytical skills and adaptability.
• You are autonomous and proactive, with a strong ability to propose solutions. You have a genuine sense of client relations.

The Plus Points That Will Make the Difference:

• A good understanding of data warehousing concepts (modeling, reporting...).
• Skills or significant experience with Power BI (Dataflows, Datasets, DAX).
• Knowledge of other Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Event Hub...).
• Experience with Azure DevOps (Repos, CI/CD Pipelines).
• Microsoft Azure Data certifications (DP-203, DP-500, DP-600).
• You demonstrate entrepreneurial aptitude, a notion embedded in Onepoint's DNA.
