The Role
This role is for a customer-obsessed Product Marketing Manager Family responsible for leading engagement marketing for the OnePay Family Product. The ideal candidate will design and execute full-funnel marketing strategies to drive customer activation, usage, and retention through channels including email, push, and in-app communications.
Responsibilities
- Designing and optimizing omnichannel lifecycle marketing campaigns.
- Driving customer activation, engagement, retention, referrals, and cross-sell.
- Owning the marketing roadmap and prioritizing initiatives based on impact.
- Leading A/B testing strategies for content, offers, and segmentation.
- Collaborating with Product, Analytics, Creative, Marketing Ops, and Legal.
- Translating data insights into actionable product and marketing recommendations.
Your Profile
You bring 5+ years of lifecycle/product marketing experience in finance or fintech. You have hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud), strong audience segmentation and A/B testing skills, and you thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
