Role Overview
As a Product Manager - Cash Advance at OnePay, you will leverage your technical, design, and analytical skills to evolve flagship cash-flow products. Working in collaboration with teams such as onboarding, post-purchase, wallet, UX, engineering, legal, and retail partners, you will ensure seamless and scalable experiences across our app and point-of-sale channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive product evolution for cash advance ensuring scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and ship features.
- Maintain and prioritize your roadmap in alignment with launch plans.
- Use key metrics like conversion, repayment rates, and engagement to guide decision-making.
- Translate technical and partner requirements into clear tickets and user flows.
You Bring
- 3-8 years of experience in technical product management or similar roles.
- Expertise in Cash Advance or Consumer Lending products.
- Ability to review technical documents and make system design decisions.
- Servant leadership and executive presentation skills.
- Experience collaborating with legal, compliance, engineering, and business teams.
