The Role

The Compliance Program Manager ensures excellence in regulatory risk management. You will implement and manage critical risk management functions including governance, controls processes, issue management, complaints remediation, regulatory change management, and compliance training. You will collaborate with Operations, Servicing, and Product teams and report to the Compliance Governance Lead.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day oversight of the compliance management system.
  • Develop, execute and manage key compliance functions including complaints and regulatory change management.
  • Maintain and update expertise in regulatory changes and laws.
  • Participate in policy development and creation of compliance tools and guides.
  • Provide input on compliance for new products and system changes.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative KPIs and KRIs for risk identification.
  • Communicate analysis and data trends efficiently to various audiences.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

You Bring

  • 5-10 years of experience in compliance within financial services.
  • CRCM or similar compliance certification.
  • Strategic thinking with strong project management and communication skills.
  • Experience in lending, banking, or highly regulated sectors.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
