Overview

OneMarketData is seeking a Data Engineer to join our Implementation Team. In this role, you will support clients through product implementations, ensuring seamless deployment and operation of our solutions in AWS-hosted environments and customer systems.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with daily operations, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
  • Customize products by writing client-specific code.
  • Guide clients through product installation and configuration.
  • Maintain setups and collaborate to resolve code issues.
  • Serve as primary contact for technical issues and client communications.
  • Manage SLAs and prioritize tasks and issues.
  • Automate daily routines to improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Python (Python 3, Pytest, JupyterHub, PyCharm).
  • Understanding of complex product code and client integrations.
  • Excellent communication skills and client support experience.
  • Linux proficiency and detail-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to learn proprietary technologies (OneTick).
