Role Overview
We are looking for an AI-Native Product Manager who can own and drive AI-powered products end-to-end. This role requires a strong blend of product thinking, technical understanding of AI/LLMs, and execution speed. You will work closely with engineering, design, and leadership to build AI-native products where AI is the core, not a feature.
Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership
- Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy for AI-powered products
- Own the product lifecycle from ideation → launch → iteration
- Translate business problems into scalable AI solutions
AI-First Product Development
- Design products using LLMs, RAG, and AI agents
- Work on prompt design, workflows, and AI UX
- Collaborate with engineers on AI system architecture
Execution & Delivery
- Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Drive sprint planning and ensure timely delivery
- Work in a fast-paced, start-up execution environment
Data & Experimentation
- Define success metrics (engagement, accuracy, retention)
- Run experiments (A/B testing, prompt optimization)
- Continuously improve product performance
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with founders, engineers, and designers
- Align product direction with business goals
- Gather user feedback and iterate rapidly
Required Skills & Qualifications
Product Management
- 2–6 years of experience in Product Management
- Experience building 0→1 or 1→N products
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
AI / GenAI Understanding (Must-Have)
- Understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, and AI workflows
- Familiarity with: Prompt Engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), AI Agents / Automation
Technical Acumen
- Ability to work closely with engineering teams
- Basic understanding of: APIs, Backend systems, Data flows
Tools & Ecosystem
- Experience with tools like: OpenAI / Anthropic APIs, LangChain / LlamaIndex (good to have)
- Product tools: Jira, Notion, Figma
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a start-up or fast-paced environment
- Exposure to AI SaaS products
- Understanding of user behaviour in AI-driven products
- Background in engineering or technical domain
