IT Internal Audit and Compliance Analyst

Oneida Innovations Group is seeking an IT Internal Audit & Compliance Analyst to lead audit coordination, maintain internal controls and policies, and collaborate with IT and operational teams to ensure compliance. This role involves conducting audits, risk analysis, and driving continuous improvement initiatives, including automation, to enhance efficiency and maintain a controlled operational environment. The analyst will also analyze reports, support decision-making through financial modeling, and ensure timely completion of all compliance-related activities.

Position Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for all Information Technology compliance-related functions.
• Proactively drive compliance by identifying key regulatory areas and ensuring documentation, processes, and policies are in order.
• Coordinate responses to requests from regulatory agencies and act as the Point of Contact for all external and internal audits.
• Perform technology and process audits to ensure Gaming compliance, PCI-DSS, HIPPA, Security, and other processes and procedures are established and followed.
• Review and verify audit reports to ensure they are substantiated and adhere to all regulations.
• Develop, revise, and maintain internal controls and policies, verifying adherence to regulations.
• Collaborate with Information Technology and Operational personnel on new projects, supporting compliance questions, performing tie-outs of testing data, and ensuring accounting and compliance standards are met.
• Review system test results and incorporate new processes into general operating procedures.
• Engage in continuous process improvement and incorporate automation where possible to ensure efficiencies and a controlled operational environment.
• Perform re-audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with internal control policies and procedures, reporting findings and recommendations to IT Management.
• Coordinate efforts to gather information for external compliance audits and ensure all compliance requests are met in a timely manner.
• Analyze reports to determine cause, risk, and resolution.
• Perform financial cost modeling, ROI, or break-even analysis as required.

Position Qualifications

• High School Diploma or High School Equivalency required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a Business-related field required.
• Two (2) years of previous experience with internal controls, audit, regulatory compliance, and financial analysis required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills required.
• Ability to review, interpret, and communicate findings from regulatory documents required.
• Above-average computer skills required, with excellent Excel skills.
• Ability to utilize standard office equipment required.
