Our Newest Opportunity: Senior HR Business Partner
The Senior HR Business Partner will be instrumental in aligning HR strategies with the client's mission, vision, values, and operational objectives to achieve company goals. This role involves positioning clients as industry leaders by defining and operationalizing HR strategies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide innovative, cost-effective HR strategies and solutions to clients across all service areas, including strategy, coaching, market intelligence, compensation, performance management, employee relations, training, recruitment, compliance, and risk management.
- Engage regularly with clients to understand their business objectives, products, and services to promote HR strategies and tactics that support their goals.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance business effectiveness through HR strategies, programs, and processes, acting as a thought leader in the HR field.
- Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction with expectations, processes, deliverables, and service, providing ongoing project management for timely and quality delivery.
- Seek and share expertise in HR and general business trends, contributing to the Best Practices Library.
- Determine necessary resource requirements for client engagements and communicate these needs for resource allocation, leading teams to deliver high-quality results on time.
- Manage the book of business independently and in concert with team protocols.
- Promote the OneDigital brand by actively participating in networking and HR thought leadership events.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling other services to position OneDigital as a comprehensive HR solution.
- Manage retainer or project budgets, ensuring clear client communication on contracted services and preparing additional service agreements as needed.
- Oversee monthly client billing, ensuring accurate time and expense tracking and invoice delivery.
- Respond to client requests in a timely manner with accurate and appropriate information.
- Actively participate in OneDigital culture, initiatives, and meetings, modeling company values.
- Lead or participate in internal projects such as surveys, trade shows, newsletters, and customer satisfaction initiatives.

Education, Training and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree and 5-10 years of progressive HR experience, with knowledge of employment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance, training, and process improvements/management development. MBA preferred.
- At least 2 years of related experience in a consulting, leadership, supervisory, or managerial role with proven client retention and results delivery.
- Prior experience coaching senior management is essential, with demonstrated program development expertise.
- Certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
Your base pay will depend on your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. Some roles may be eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
