We are seeking a dedicated Onsite Human Resources Business Partner to be fully embedded within our client's organization in Dallas, TX. This role serves as the primary HR liaison and escalation point, providing hands-on support for payroll processing, benefits administration, employee relations, and general ledger tasks. You will drive process improvements, ensure compliance, and deliver exceptional service to strengthen client relationships and enable companies to focus on their success.
Role and Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary onsite HR resource for the client, integrating into their team and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Provide direct support for payroll processing, including data entry, validation, and issue resolution.
- Administer benefits and assist with general ledger (GL) reconciliations and reporting.
- Act as the main escalation point for HR, payroll, and benefits inquiries, coordinating with internal departments.
- Manage the ongoing client relationship by resolving issues, communicating program changes, and providing procedural updates.
- Ensure efficient information flow between the client and Resourcing Edge, escalating technology issues as needed.
- Conduct new client orientations, benefits enrollment, and new hire onboarding.
- Provide proactive feedback and suggestions on products, processes, and procedures to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Evaluate and act to improve client satisfaction by anticipating and meeting client needs.

Education, Training and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; or 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Operations, Client Services, Account Management, and/or Payroll.
- Hands-on experience with payroll processing and benefits administration required; familiarity with GL reconciliation preferred.
- Strong customer service and problem-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS systems, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
Your base pay will depend on your skills, education, qualifications, experience, and location. Eligible employees may receive variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus. Reimbursement for job-related expenses and employee perks/discounts are also provided.
