Training Program Specialist
Dodge Construction Network (DCN) is searching for a Training Program Specialist to join our team. The role involves creating and delivering effective training content for both new and current data acquisition team members. The specialist will conceptualize and write lesson plans, host training classes on various topics, and help staff develop new skills aligned with the company's mission, values, and goals.
Core Responsibilities
- Create, design and implement engaging training programs using adult learning principles.
- Develop and implement training materials including documents and videos.
- Align training initiatives with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with team leaders to identify and address skill gaps.
- Facilitate live and recorded training sessions using various online platforms.
- Assess learning outcomes and refine training content based on feedback.
- Provide ongoing training support and assistance to team members.
- Communicate complex information clearly across diverse audiences.
Skills and Qualifications
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Instructional Design or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in training or instructional design. Experience in the construction industry and relevant certifications are preferred. Strong MS Office skills, familiarity with learning management systems, and excellent organizational, communication, and public speaking skills are essential.

Salary & Employment Details
Annual Base Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 USD. This is a full-time, remote role open to candidates legally authorized to work in the United States.
