About The Role

As the Business Operations Data Analyst at Onebrief, you will define and lead the build-out of a company-wide Data Analytics practice. You will establish the foundation for how data is governed, analyzed, and acted upon, helping teams make well-informed decisions. Your focus is to develop clear value metrics that demonstrate customer impact and maximize mission outcomes.

Core Responsibilities

• Build and lead Onebrief's analytics foundation from governance to reporting.
• Develop customer value metrics and impact frameworks to measure success.
• Design scalable data pipelines and dashboards for unified insights.
• Partner with Customer Relations, Product, Sales, and Engineering for strategic decisions.
• Deliver role-based reporting and executive insights to drive accountability.

What We're Looking For

• Strong background in applied analytics, operations research, or similar fields.
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Power BI.
• Active Top Secret clearance.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS, enterprise, or defense technology environments.
• Familiarity with modern data stacks (e.g., AWS, Grafana, Fivetran).
