The Sales Enablement Program Manager plays a key role in enhancing sales performance by designing and implementing strategic enablement programs that drive revenue growth, improve sales effectiveness, and accelerate productivity.
What You Will Do
- Lead and support complex sales training and enablement initiatives.
- Design and deliver comprehensive sales training solutions and leadership development programs using proven methodologies.
- Leverage sales enablement platforms, CRM systems, technology, and vendor partners to enhance training experiences.
- Consult with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product, and other stakeholders to address training needs.
- Evaluate program effectiveness using performance metrics, feedback, and data analysis.
- Lead cross-functional projects with enterprise-wide impact.
- Provide strategic consultation on sales performance metrics and analytics.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's/MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years experience in performance consulting, instructional design, technical training, or equivalent.
- Experience in developing and delivering sales training and enablement programs.
- Proficiency with sales enablement platforms and interactive learning tools.
- Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM or equivalent).
- Certifications in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or learning and development.
- Certification in a recognized sales methodology.
Additional Information
This role is remote with periodic in-office requirements in CA, WI, IN, or ME as needed for team-building and collaboration. Note: OneAmerica does not have offices in New York and remote work from New York is not permitted.
