Role Introduction
OneAdvanced is seeking a proactive and analytical Business Analyst with strong domain experience in IT Service Management platforms, with a preference for ServiceNow, and Data Platforms on the Azure ecosystem. This role bridges business needs with technical delivery, supporting operational and reporting solutions.
What You Will Do
- Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate business pain points into deliverable requirements.
- Support the Product Owner in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT.
- Create user stories, process maps, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with technical teams to validate configurations.
- Work with Enterprise and Platform Architects to design optimal solutions using ServiceNow best practices.
- Support ServiceNow platform adoption through training and documentation.
- Elicit and validate requirements for dashboards, reports, and analytics.
- Define data quality rules, KPIs, and metrics.
- Document data lineage, glossaries, and reporting logic.
- Support Power BI dashboard design with mock-ups and insights.
- Work closely with business teams to enable self-service reporting.
What You Will Have
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or Managed Services.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
- Excellent process mapping and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in writing user stories and acceptance criteria (Agile/Scrum).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage both business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and data governance principles.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM platform and understanding of ITSM data structures.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel as required.
