Your Impact
- Perform accurate coverage, liability, damage investigations, and evaluations on complex claims.
- Make coverage determinations and draft written positions to insureds.
- Investigate, analyze, document and manage claim strategies for cost-effective resolutions.
- Set and manage reserves while overseeing litigation planning and execution.
- Represent the company at meetings, mediations, and trial.
Successful Candidate Will Have
- A BA/BS degree (JD preferred).
- 3-5 years of related work experience with liability or clean-up claims.
- Excellent verbal, written, and coverage analysis skills.
- Ability to evaluate technical, legal, and medical information.
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay range of $100,000K to $150,000K plus an annual discretionary bonus. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, life, retirement savings, vacation, paid holidays, and half-days.
