About the role

About Us

We’re building AI voice agents for the front desk in medical practices. Phones in practices are still overloaded. 20–40% of calls go unanswered. Patients are frustrated. Staff is overwhelmed. We fix that.

What you’ll do

This is not a classic Customer Success role. You take customers from closed deal → live system → real impact.

  • Onboard new medical practices and get them live fast
  • Configure and optimize AI voice agents (flows, prompts, logic)
  • Work directly with customers (doctors, reception teams)
  • Identify friction in real calls and improve the system
  • Ship small improvements yourself (APIs, configs, light coding)
  • Turn customer learnings into product improvements
  • Own the full implementation lifecycle — not just “support”

  • Customers go live fast
  • The AI actually takes load off the front desk
  • Call quality improves week by week
  • Customers clearly see value, not just features

Who you are

You have experience in: Customer Success, Operations, Implementation, or similar.

You think in: systems, not tickets and outcomes, not tasks.

You’re hands-on: you’d rather fix something yourself than write a ticket.

You’re comfortable with: ambiguity, fast iteration, talking to customers daily.

You’re curious about: AI, automation, and how systems actually work.

Bonus (not required)

  • Basic technical skills (APIs, tools, scripting, etc.)
  • Experience with SaaS onboarding or process building
