About the Role
One Model is experiencing fast growth as a leading vendor in the growing people analytics space. In this role as People Analytics Support Analyst, you will support our growing customer base through data integration, analytics, and insights.
Responsibilities
- Intake, triage, and execute tier 1 troubleshooting and reporting of application and data modeling issues.
- Coordinate with Data and System Engineers to resolve data integrity and quality issues.
- Support HR data ingestion and transformation including configuration and monitoring.
- Communicate with customers to review data integration requests and advise on application functionality.
- Provide customer enablement and training as required.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize and deliver product fixes.
- Document customer support processes including onboarding and custom requests.
- Partner with the Product Team on knowledge management and product documentation.
About You
You are an early-career professional with exposure to HR data systems and people analytics. You have worked with data integration, transformation, and reporting for at least 2 years using systems like SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, and more. You can manage multiple tasks, collaborate globally, and solve complex problems with intellectual curiosity.
