Overview
One Identity is seeking an experienced UX designer to join an Agile development team. In this role as a Usability Staff Engineer, you will design large-scale SaaS software solutions from research to high fidelity interactive prototypes, improving the management of critical enterprise data.
Responsibilities
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, designs, and prototypes.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries.
- Conduct user research and testing to validate design solutions.
- Host workshops and ideation sessions to drive innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using tools like Azure DevOps and Confluence.
- Ensure designs are accessible, inclusive and meet UX standards.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders to refine product requirements.
- Conduct usability testing using qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in UX design or a related field on enterprise-level products.
- Strong portfolio showcasing deep understanding of UX design principles.
- Expertise in Figma for visual design and interactive prototypes.
- Experience creating and maintaining consistent design systems.
- Strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven track record working in Agile and Lean development environments.
- Capability to work with a globally distributed team.
