We are looking for a Data Manager to lead data initiatives across projects and clients. This role combines leadership, governance, and hands-on understanding of data platforms. You will define data strategies, ensure data quality and governance, and manage teams delivering data solutions end to end.Responsibilities
- Lead data projects from design to delivery
- Define data strategy aligned with business goals
- Own data governance, quality, and standards
- Manage data teams including engineers and analysts
- Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions
- Oversee data architecture and platform decisions
- Ensure scalability, security, and compliance of data systems
- Drive best practices across data modeling, pipelines, and BI
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data roles (BI, Data Engineering, or Analytics)
- Proven ability to work with business stakeholders
- 2+ years in a leadership or management role
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills
- Experience managing data pipelines and ETL processes
- Experience with modern data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, or similar)
- Strong understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks
Nice to Have
- Experience with dbt or similar transformation tools
- Relevant certifications in data or cloud technologies
