Job Description
AI Lead at ONE datAI
A leading organization, ONE datAI, is seeking a hands-on AI Lead to spearhead the design and development of advanced Generative AI solutions. This role involves end-to-end responsibility, working closely with technology teams and business units to deliver cutting-edge AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and recommend optimal GenAI models (commercial and open-source).
- Design robust GenAI infrastructure, including On-Prem/Private Cloud and AI provider integrations.
- Hands-on development of LLM-based Agents and technical authority support for development teams.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) connected to enterprise data sources.
- Recommend tooling for GenAI Governance, Security, and FinOps.
- Define KPIs (accuracy, usage, cost, performance) and drive continuous optimization efforts.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience with at least two leading AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic).
- Experience with open-source LLMs (e.g., LLaMA or similar architectures).
- Demonstrated ability to build LLM Agents and implement RAG systems.
- Strong proficiency in Prompt Engineering for quality, consistency, and cost optimization.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and documentation skills, particularly for architecture and specifications.
