VP Data

Overview

The VP Data at One Call is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining, building, and governing the enterprise data foundation in line with the company’s digital and AI strategy. This role drives data architecture, engineering, governance, master data management, and analytics to support operational transformation and customer experience improvements.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the enterprise data strategy, advise executive leadership, and develop a long‐term data roadmap.

Data Architecture & Platform Development: Architect cloud-native data platforms including data lakes, streaming pipelines, ingestion frameworks, semantic layers, and metadata systems.

Data Governance & Quality: Lead data governance programs, ensure data quality and compliance, and implement strong privacy and security controls.

Analytics & Insight Enablement: Establish scalable analytics foundations, define KPIs and reporting standards, and support self‑service analytics tools.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Product, Operations, and other teams to align data initiatives with business needs.

Leadership & Organizational Development: Build and scale a high‑performing data organization and foster a culture of data literacy and continuous improvement.

Educational & Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (advanced degree preferred), 10+ years’ experience in enterprise data management and leadership, with experience in cloud-based data platforms and a background in healthcare or service operations.
