This role supports impactful work for millions of farmers and a large, diverse team.
About The Role
The Tupande Strategy and Operations Associate will work closely with the Tupande Strategy and Operations Manager to lead strategic projects, support internal functions, coordinate leadership team activities, and drive communication and process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic projects such as Micro Business Loan and Tea Export Market exploration.
- Embed within critical functions to provide hands-on project support.
- Coordinate leadership team meetings and internal communications.
- Assist in designing systems, processes, and partnerships from scratch.
- Travel within Kenya for field research and pilot oversight.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in management consulting, international development, or private sector is an advantage.
- Ability to quickly learn diverse value chains and execute practical solutions.
- Comfortable with frequent travel across Kenya.
- Bachelor’s degree required; post-graduate preferred.
- Fluency in English; Swahili is a plus.
