Ondato is a leading provider of identity verification, compliance, and KYC solutions. We help businesses streamline onboarding processes and stay ahead in a rapid regulatory landscape. As a Sales Executive Baltic Region, you will drive Ondato’s growth strategy in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with global growth objectives.
  • Prospect, generate leads, and close deals with enterprise and mid-market clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from demos to negotiations and contract signing.
  • Act as the primary contact for key clients in the Baltics and build long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to tailor solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Contribute to revenue forecasting and pipeline reporting.
  • Represent Ondato at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Provide market insights and client feedback to the product team.
  • Promote a high-performance sales culture and mentor peers.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, fintech, regtech, or technology-driven industries.
  • Experience in enterprise and mid-market sales with demonstrated closing skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the Baltic markets and established networks.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • A strategic yet hands-on, results-driven mindset.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Lithuanian, Latvian, or Estonian is a plus.
