About the Role

The Technology Marketing Specialist is a high-impact role that sits at the intersection of web development, technical SEO, and data governance. As the technical operator, you will ensure the digital platforms are fast, personalized, scalable, and compliant, directly connecting marketing strategy with execution and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, code, and maintain the company website on HubSpot CMS using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HubL.
  • Execute technical SEO optimizations to maximize organic visibility including Core Web Vitals fixes.
  • Monitor site health, indexing, and crawling issues via Google Search Console, Semrush, and HubSpot audits.
  • Manage web analytics infrastructure including Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Ensure data governance and privacy compliance with cookie banners, Google Signals, and tracking technologies.
  • Develop dynamic, personalized email and in-app messaging templates using Customer.io.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to convert strategic requirements into responsive web assets.
  • Maintain marketing performance data and assist in dashboard creation using Metabase and SQL.
