About the Role

The Technical Marketing Specialist will be a key operator at OnceHub, owning and managing the technical infrastructure of the digital marketing stack. This role bridges web development, technical SEO, and data governance while ensuring digital platforms are fast, personalized, scalable, and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the OnceHub website using HubSpot CMS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HubL.
  • Execute technical SEO optimizations, fixing Core Web Vitals and performance issues.
  • Monitor site health using Google Search Console, Semrush, and HubSpot audit reports.
  • Manage and audit web analytics infrastructure, including GTM and GA4.
  • Lead data governance and privacy compliance with tracking and cookie management.
  • Create dynamic email and in-app messaging templates using Customer.io and Liquid templating.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce responsive web assets.
  • Utilize BI tools like Metabase for custom dashboard creation and data analysis.

Ideal Candidate

3+ years experience in digital marketing, MarTech operations, or web development in a SaaS environment, with expert proficiency in front-end development, HubSpot CMS, Liquid templating, technical SEO, and data governance.
