We are hiring an AI/ML Researcher to advance the frontier of how our models work. The role combines scientific rigor with engineering pragmatism — running experiments, publishing findings, and shaping the research agenda.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and run experiments that advance model capabilities or alignment
- Implement, train, and evaluate novel architectures and methods
- Develop benchmarks and evaluation frameworks
- Document findings clearly through internal write-ups, papers, or presentations
- Collaborate with engineering on transitioning research into production

Required Skills and Qualifications
- PhD in CS, ML, or related field, or equivalent industry research experience

- Strong PyTorch (or equivalent) skills
- Track record of publications, open-source work, or shipped research projects
- Excellent written communication, including paper-quality technical writing
