Role Overview: Demand Operations Team Lead
We are actively seeking a hands-on Demand Operations Team Lead with extensive buy-side programmatic expertise. In this critical role, you will lead, optimize, and scale our web monetization operations. This position uniquely combines deep operational involvement in performance optimization with essential people leadership responsibilities.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong data-driven approach, a clear understanding of how demand-side platforms operate, and a genuine motivation to lead and develop a high-performing team. You will be responsible for managing a cross-regional team based in Israel and Argentina, ensuring consistent operational excellence, fostering strong collaboration, and driving continuous performance improvement aligned with OMS’s overarching business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a distributed team of Demand Operations / Campaign Managers across Israel and Argentina.
- Take hands-on ownership of optimization and performance, serving as a primary escalation point for complex demand-side and monetization challenges.
- Develop and execute advanced optimization strategies across SSPs and DSPs to maximize yield, efficiency, and scale.
- Collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders, including Publisher Success, Product, Development, and Sales, to align operational execution with strategic business goals.
- Define and maintain industry best practices, streamlined workflows, and robust performance benchmarks for effective campaign management and optimization.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure precise execution, vigilant monitoring, and accurate reporting across all programmatic platforms.
- Foster strong communication, clear accountability, and significant professional growth opportunities within the team.
Requirements & Experience
- 2+ years of direct, hands-on experience in programmatic web monetization, with significant exposure to both SSPs and DSPs.
- A solid understanding of the buy-side ecosystem, including DSP optimization logic, key buyer KPIs, and demand behavior patterns.
- Possess a strong analytical and data-driven mindset, demonstrated through experience working with detailed performance reports and generating actionable optimization insights.
- Full professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment while effectively managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
