Omnicom Media Group (OMG), the media services division of Omnicom Group Inc. (NYSE: OMC), delivers transformational experiences for consumers, clients, and talent. Using the Omni marketing orchestration system, OMG brings together the full-service media agencies OMD, PHD, and Hearts & Science to create actionable insights and cohesive consumer, client, and talent experiences.
Role Overview
As a Senior Analyst, Growth, you will be a key member of OMG's global Growth team. You will transform raw data into actionable insights, support ongoing reporting needs, and collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams to enhance our CRM platform. Your focus on accurate and timely reporting, process improvement, and automation is crucial for driving strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and evolve new business reporting processes for internal and external initiatives.
- Manage tracking of new business opportunities globally via a CRM platform.
- Collaborate with development teams to define, test, and implement CRM enhancements.
- Coordinate with local, regional, and global teams to ensure timely, comprehensive information flow.
- Deliver complete and accurate reports on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and resolve data discrepancies.
- Develop and optimize reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
- Gather and analyze requirements to deliver meaningful business insights.
- Monitor CRM usage and recommend process or feature improvements.
- Assist with ad-hoc data analysis requests across departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Information Systems or related discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in data reporting, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Pega, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, HubSpot) and collaborating with development teams.
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data cleaning.
- Proficiency in Power BI for building interactive dashboards.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
