Role Overview

The Associate Director, Business Analytics is pivotal in delivering modern agency services by integrating analytics with media planning and investment teams to exceed client business goals.

Responsibilities

External Facing:

  • Develop deep understanding of client strategic issues and competitive positioning.
  • Deliver actionable insights with sophisticated analytic techniques.
  • Participate in measurement plan development and execution.
  • Generate and communicate clear narratives and insights.
  • Recommend and implement consumer insight research and process improvements.
  • Lead, mentor, and train analysts and managers.
  • Present reports and POVs to clients via phone and in person.
  • Contribute to consumer segmentation and audience exploration.
  • Design test frameworks to measure media impact on business outcomes.
  • Manage cross-functional tasks with proper prioritization.

Internal Facing:

  • Collaborate with Planning and Investment teams on budgeting and media plans.
  • Mentor direct reports and establish career growth paths.
  • Stay updated on industry trends through research and training.

Education & Experience

A university degree and 5-7 years of experience in data and analytics in advertising, management consulting, marketing or digital consulting are required. Experience in agency-side media campaign planning is desirable.

Compensation & Work Arrangement
