Strategy & Media Planning
- Define full-funnel programmatic strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Build strategic media plans (formats, inventories, targeting, budgets, KPIs).
- Identify growth levers (branding, performance, drive-to-store, CRM, etc.).
- Recommend the best ecosystems (open web, PMP, private deals, CTV, DOOH, audio).
Operational Management (End-to-End)
- Manage the entire campaign process: brief & scoping, platform setup (DSP), delivery monitoring, continuous optimization, reporting and review.
- Supervise the implementation of trackers, pixels, audiences, and data feeds.
- Ensure compliance (GDPR, consent, brand safety, fraud).
Performance & Data
- Analyze performance by lever, format, and funnel stage.
- Drive branding and performance KPIs (reach, CPM, CPA, ROAS, LTV, uplift…).
- Leverage first-party & third-party data to refine targeting.
- Implement tests (A/B, incrementality, MMM if applicable).
Coordination & Leadership
- Collaborate with Social, Search, CRM, Creative, and Analytics teams.
- Be a source of recommendations for internal teams and/or clients.
- Manage external partners (agencies, publishers, adtech).
Profile Sought:
- You have at least 1 year of experience in programmatic with a good understanding/mastery of the technical universe (ad operations, trafficking, ad serving) and technical tools (DSPs, Google Analytics).
- You are dynamic, rigorous, and possess a team spirit with excellent interpersonal skills.
- You have a good level of English.
- You have strong analytical skills and are very comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint.
