Role Overview

The Community & Events Manager is a dynamic builder role responsible for managing and growing an online community and executing both virtual and in-person events including webinars, executive dinners, trade shows, and roundtables.

What You’ll Do

  • Community Management: Set up and manage community platforms, create engagement frameworks, and onboard members.
  • Daily Engagement: Drive discussions, share content, and spotlight member contributions.
  • Events Management: Plan and execute events with end-to-end logistics support.
  • Collaboration: Partner with leadership and marketing to meet event goals and promote campaigns.
  • Analysis: Track community growth and event metrics, reporting insights to the team.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2–4 years experience in community and events management in B2B SaaS/marketing.
  • Proven ability to organize, market, and execute small to mid-scale events.
  • Experience with community platforms like Slack, Circle, and Discord.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills for authentic engagement.
  • Curiosity about AI in marketing and a fast learning mindset.
  • Based in the U.S. and able to travel regularly for events.
