Overview
The Restaurant Busser Seasonal at Omni Hotels & Resorts is a key role at the luxurious Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa in Rancho Mirage, CA. The resort offers a blend of Spanish Colonial-inspired style with modern amenities for the 21st-century traveler.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain highest guest service standards.
- Knowledge of service times, menus, floor plans, table and seat numbers.
- Verify food orders from cold and hot lines.
- Deliver and set up food accurately per ticket and floor plan.
- Assist with breakfast buffet setup, maintenance and breakdown.
- Manage side work and warehouse orders ensuring proper FIFO method.
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
- Work in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
Qualifications
Applicants must have a minimum of 6 months Food and Beverage experience and experience in selling and presenting wine. Evening shifts including weekends and holidays are required. Candidates must maintain a professional appearance, obtain Food Handler Certification, and be physically capable of handling tasks up to 50 pounds.
Additional Information
