Position Overview

The Inside Sales Representative – Cybersecurity will be the first point of contact for cybersecurity prospects in German-speaking countries and beyond. This role supports the Power Utility Communication Team based in Klaus (Vorarlberg, Austria) and Berlin (Germany).

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads and conduct outreach via calls and social media.
  • Follow up with prospects from various marketing campaigns and events.
  • Schedule appointments for the regional Cybersecurity Sales Manager.
  • Enrich and maintain CRM data in MS Dynamics 365.
  • Identify and generate IT decision-maker contacts using digital tools.
  • Support the marketing team by closing the loop on campaign leads.
  • Utilize reporting tools such as Power BI to track performance.

What We Are Looking For

Candidates should have a technical IT background with knowledge in networking or cybersecurity, strong digital skills including social selling, excellent communication skills in German and very good English, and a customer-focused, proactive approach.
