About the Role
Join OMERS, a global workplace that empowers your impact. As a Legal Administrative Assistant, you will support the Enterprise Legal team by preparing documents and presentations, managing scheduling, travel, and a variety of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced document preparation including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Edit, format, proofread, and compare documents.
- Manage meeting agendas, bookings, and catering arrangements.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, calendar management, and filing.
- Prepare and submit expense forms.
- Assist with research and special projects including social events.
- Work independently and support multiple team members.
Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role is required. Candidates must have strong MS Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Legal Tracker, Excel skills, and the ability to meet deadlines with minimal direction. Familiarity with iManage or similar systems is an asset.
Work Environment
