Position Overview

The Compliance Operations Lead supports the Vice President of Compliance Operations with compliance monitoring, process improvement initiatives and managing compliance-related projects to ensure adherence to policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess compliance designations for new or changed roles.
  • Administer and monitor mandatory compliance training programs.
  • Test, report, and analyze compliance activities.
  • Conduct research and propose process improvements.
  • Manage due diligence requests and support KYC obligations.
  • Create and enhance compliance management documentation.
  • Liaise with global compliance teams and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years in regulatory compliance or similar functions with a degree in business, finance, analytics, or engineering. Must possess advanced analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. Proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Asana, and preferably PowerBI is required.
