Your Role

You are passionate about Influencer & Social Media Marketing, defining optimal content formats, and creating the match between influencer/content creator and client to stand out on Paid-Owned-Earned social media. You will be responsible for planning and implementing influencer marketing campaigns, including influencer research, conception, booking & handling, content coordination, project management, and checking timing, costs, and quality. You will conceptualize, accompany, and organize shoots with influencers/content creators. You will lead community management and publishing on our clients' social channels and work on continuously developing our clients' social media profiles and strategies. You will be responsible for one key client or three to four smaller clients of OMD Create in the Influencer & Social Media area. Holistic, competent client consulting is our top priority, so you will also be responsible for offer calculation, presenting concepts, and developing project plans as well as ensuring their timely and content-related adherence. You will create campaign analyses, client presentations, and reports for influencer and social media campaigns, deriving recommendations for action for the future. You will work closely with other specialist departments within the agency and support them with creative input in the form of ideation, rough concepts, or detailed concepts, including social media/influencer mechanics. Together, you will further develop social media measures for clients.

Why You?

• You have a completed university degree or equivalent vocational training.
• You have at least two years of professional experience, either client-side or agency-side, including experience in client consulting in the Influencer and/or Social Media sector.
• You are strong in communication, confident in negotiations, and remain calm even in complex situations.
• You are passionate about social content on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube & co. As a plus, you are not only a passive user of social media but are yourself a content creator and know the current social trends.
• You are known for your structured way of thinking and working; excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
• You already have experience with project management tools and project plans for social media campaigns.
• You are a communicative team player with a passion for your job and enjoy taking responsibility.
