Data Analyst II – Remote
OM Group is seeking a Data Analyst II to provide mid-level data analytics support, including report development, dataflow maintenance, and ticket resolution. This role operates under the direction of the DA III and Program Manager.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Support data extraction, query development, and dataflow updates.
- Assist with help-desk ticket resolution and testing.
- Retrieve information from AISs and create products to help USACE employees understand program conditions and make effective decisions.
- Collaborate with employees to understand business processes, develop requirements, conduct testing, and write user guides.
