Operations Analyst

OM Digital Solutions is seeking an Operations Analyst responsible for the overall processing of sales promotional programs and claims for key accounts. This role also involves pricing setup and changes for dealers, month-end close processes reporting for Finance, and maintaining files that control claim processing.

What You'll Do:

• Manage the administrative relationship with a third-party vendor overseeing OMDS’s Spiff Program, ensuring accurate billing and timely payments.
• Run and upload weekly serial number reports for selected accounts and items on the Spiff program to the vendor portal.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to obtain and update the monthly Spiff list for distribution.
• Maintain and update a monthly file shared with the third-party vendor to reflect current Spiff data.
• Generate blanket purchase orders for applicable promotional programs.
• Audit and review promotional claims for assigned accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Review monthly audit reports, identify issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain and update the MDF tracking file, including all Sales Support entries in SAP.
• Process monthly Compliance and eCommerce billing using summary reports.
• Share preliminary and final MDF tracking files with the Finance team and coordinate monthly meetings with the Sales team to review MDF budgets.
• Work closely with the OMDS Credit team to address claim-related inquiries and resolve deductions.
• Serve as a key contact for field personnel, responding to inquiries about promotional activities and programs.
• Act as a point of contact for pricing discrepancies, updating and maintaining program pricing in SAP and keeping the pricing program file current.
• Work closely with the Product Marketing team to ensure correct dealer pricing.
• Perform additional duties and support special projects as assigned.

What You'll Need:

• Accounting or Finance degree required.
• Minimum 4 years of related business experience required.
• Proficiency in Excel and intermediate PC skills.
• Detail-oriented, strong mathematical skills, well-organized, and a good communicator.
