Mission

Integrated into our client's organization, you will act as a Civil Engineering Business Manager, focusing on the modification, modernization, optimization, and creation of hydraulic facilities and installations, particularly hydroelectric ones (power > 2000kW). As a Business Manager with a strong technical component, your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking charge of Civil Engineering projects
  • Analyzing needs
  • Developing preliminary studies (APS)
  • Preparing tender documents
  • Conducting risk analyses
  • Applying your knowledge and skills in Civil Engineering
  • Technically and financially selecting suppliers
  • Monitoring suppliers and their deliverables
  • Handling non-conformities
  • Ensuring safety
  • Carrying out on-site reception.

Travel to various installations or manufacturers is expected.

Profile

You hold a Master's degree (BAC +5) in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Public Works, and have at least 3 years of experience in Civil Engineering (studies, technical project management, business management). You have a strong inclination for field work and coordination.

You are recognized for your commitment, rigor, and initiative, and you possess a keen sense of priorities. You are also safety and quality-conscious and prioritize these aspects in your work.
