Job Description

BI Data Analyst at OlyBet Group

We’re looking for a BI Data Analyst to join our Analytics team. This is a key role where you’ll work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Finance to build trusted reporting, uncover patterns in performance, and turn complex data into clear, practical insights that help the business make better decisions.

If you’re someone who enjoys solving messy data problems, writing solid SQL, and building dashboards people use — this could be a great fit.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building and maintaining Tableau dashboards to monitor key KPIs across business areas (gaming performance, F&B, loyalty programs, player behavior, marketing campaigns).
  • Writing and optimizing SQL to extract data, create reporting datasets, and support analysis.
  • Ensuring reporting accuracy by validating data sources, aligning KPI definitions, and collaborating with the Data Warehouse product owner.
  • Analyzing trends and performance drivers — player segmentation, campaign effectiveness, retention, revenue movement, and behavioral patterns.
  • Supporting ad-hoc analytics requests from your manager and key stakeholders — quick answers, deep dives, and structured insights.

What We're Looking For

  • You have strong SQL skills and can write clean, efficient queries (CTEs, joins, window functions, aggregations, performance tuning).
  • You have very good logical thinking — you can break down complex problems, validate assumptions, and spot inconsistencies quickly.
  • You have excellent analytical skills and can interpret trends, explain “why it’s happening,” and recommend next steps.
  • You have experience working with Tableau (building dashboards, calculations, filters, parameters, basic LODs).
  • You’re detail-oriented and care about data accuracy, definitions, and consistency across reports.
  • You can clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • You’re proactive, organized, and comfortable owning work end-to-end.
  • Fluent English is a must; experience in the gaming industry is a plus.
  • You bring 2–3 years of experience in data analysis and building dashboards or reports.

Why Join OlyBet Group?

  • Boost your career and design your own growth path with a training budget.
  • Entertainment is in our DNA, get ready for a team-tastic time.
  • Achievement bonus - your dedication has hit the jackpot.
  • Embrace an active life with sports and health compensation and diverse activities.
  • Celebrating and supporting your big life events.
  • Diverse workplace Culture with quick pick me up snacks and drinks.
  • Craving discounts? We have the cure.
  • Recognition program of which we are oh so proud.
