Job Description

Olsson provides multidisciplinary design services for some of the largest and most forward-thinking data center campuses in the U.S. As an Associate Civil Project Manager - Data Center, you will work on complex engineering projects, oversee construction administration deliverables, manage technical staff, ensure timely completion within scope, schedule and budget, and coordinate quality assurance/control. You will work closely with various teams, clients, and consultants to deliver high-quality engineering and design solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing construction administration and technical project deliverables
• Coordinating with multiple teams and external consultants
• Overseeing QA/QC processes during construction
• Mentoring and supervising less experienced staff
• Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies

Qualifications

Candidates should have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for community impact. A Bachelor's degree in engineering, sciences, or related fields is preferred, though an Associate's degree with equivalent experience is acceptable. A minimum of 8 years relevant project experience is required. Proficiency in Civil 3D, eBuilder, Proform, or Helix is preferred.
