About the Role

Lippincott, a part of Oliver Wyman, is looking for an Associate Brand Marketing & Social Media Strategy professional to work on integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns for some of the world’s most powerful brands. This role involves crafting brand strategies, social media activation, and innovative marketing tactics that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert in social and digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with strategy, design, and experience teams to extend brand recommendations.
  • Develop creative briefs and activation roadmaps for multi-channel campaigns.
  • Advise on channel-native messaging and creative content development.
  • Partner with media partners to execute paid media strategies and contribute to Lippincott’s social channels.

Qualifications

Candidates should have 10+ years of experience in brand marketing, social media strategy, and communications planning, along with 3+ years of people management experience. The ideal candidate can convey complex ideas simply, influence senior leadership, and has a proven record in executing large-scale integrated marketing campaigns.

Additional Details

This role offers a competitive base pay of approximately $130K - $150K, plus performance-based incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package including health benefits, 401K, and employee assistance programs. The position requires a hybrid work arrangement, with a minimum of three days on-site.
