Practice Overview

The Abu Dhabi office is expanding its public sector strategy consulting team. This role offers rapid professional growth, entrepreneurial work, and the opportunity to work on high-impact government and public institution projects in the GCC.

The Role And Responsibilities

For the Associate track, you will break down complex problems, plan and execute analyses, and direct junior team members. For Engagement Managers, you will lead project teams, driving the problem-solving process from hypothesis to actionable recommendations. Both roles require strong communication skills and the ability to forge client relationships.

  • Analyze complex challenges and deliver strategic recommendations.
  • Lead teams and manage project execution effectively.
  • Engage with government and public sector clients in the GCC.
  • Drive change with specialized industry knowledge.

Your Attributes And Experience

Candidates should have a top academic background, 5-7 years of experience (ideally from top-tier consulting), and a track record in public sector projects in the GCC region. Outstanding analytical and communication skills, a can-do attitude, and willingness to travel are essential. Learning Arabic is considered a plus.
