Role: Product Marketing Manager
Location: Mumbai, India (Remote)
Work Timings: 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM
About the role:
We're looking for a highly skilled and strategic Product Marketing Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supporting local country teams with the successful launch of new products. You will serve as the central point of contact, coordinating across multiple marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing go-to-market strategies are executed flawlessly, on time, and with maximum impact. You will be part of a small team that drives strategic alignment, manages dependencies, and mitigates risks, turning complex cross-functional projects into streamlined, successful GTM launches.
What you will be doing:
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document 360 GTM plans.
- Reporting: Lead Performance and Results Reporting process, coordinating across functions for inputs.
- Program Management Leadership: Support the end-to-end GTM program management for product launches from initial planning to post-launch analysis.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a key POC liaison across a complex cross-functional team to ensure a unified and effective GTM strategy.
- Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively identify potential risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, and develop mitigation plans and operational systems to keep programs on track.
- Communication: Establish and maintain clear communication channels, providing regular updates on program status, key milestones, and performance to all stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and refine processes and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness for future launches.
What you need to be great in this role:
- Go to Market Strategic thinking: 9 to 12 years of experience in go-to-market strategies, ideally in-house. Demonstrated ability to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable GTM plans.
- Program management: Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from inception to completion. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail.
- Data analysis: Strong analytical skills and able to put together analysis across varied data sets.
- Narrative building: Skilled at making presentation decks for storytelling.
- Mindset: Highly proactive approach. Thrives in ambiguity.
- Collaboration: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build strong relationships with teams in diverse cultures and locations, and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Tools: Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet), as well as GTM-related tools and platforms.
- AI & Technology: Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies. Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but the ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical.
