Role Overview

The Director, Digital Marketing is responsible for developing strategies and executing plans that engage consumers across the entire digital journey. This role focuses on optimizing the brand's online performance, managing our website, and leading the Consumer Experience team to build customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with Shopper Marketing and other teams for cohesive campaigns.
  • Track, analyze, and report digital performance and KPIs.
  • Design and implement consumer engagement and loyalty programs.
  • Oversee website enhancements and digital user experience improvements.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage internal teams and external agencies.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in marketing with 4-6 years in digital marketing and loyalty programs.
  • Proven leadership with 4+ years of management experience.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, data analytics, and email systems.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
