About the Role
OLG is seeking a Senior IT Portfolio Operations Manager to develop and maintain a sequenced portfolio and integrated plan. This role ensures the portfolio is structured to deliver strategic benefits by resolving inter and intra project dependencies, constraints, and risks through cross-organizational collaboration.
Your Role in the Game
Reporting to the Director Enterprise Portfolio Management, you will:
- Consolidate and maintain a current Master inventory of initiatives.
- Drive portfolio prioritization and sequencing for maximum business value during annual and ongoing planning cycles.
- Lead and manage the Integrated Plan for executive reporting, scenario planning, and benefit realization scheduling.
- Develop and implement PPM methodology, governance, standards, and tools.
- Generate detailed reports and presentations for the Executive Committee.
- Coordinate creation of Project Charters and Implementation Plans for consistent executive reporting.
- Gather, document, and analyze portfolio dependencies, constraints, and risks.
- Assess impacts and manage corporate project resource capacity.
What You Bring to the Game
Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and 7+ years of project/program management experience with a strong background in portfolio management. You should be comfortable working across diverse seniority levels, possess strong influencing skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
