Overview
OLG is looking for a Learning Solutions Designer to take charge of the entire instructional design process from needs analysis through to evaluation. This role involves designing and developing engaging learning solutions, including e-learning using Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise), as well as virtual, classroom, and blended formats.
Your Role in the Game
Reporting to the Director Learning & Change Enablement, you will:
- Design and develop interactive learning solutions across several modalities.
- Create storyboards, scripts, assessments, and performance supports.
- Manage content operations including templates, quality assurance, and version control.
- Publish and optimize digital content on LMS/LXP platforms ensuring proper tagging and discoverability.
- Run operational reports on enrollments, completions, and assessments to evaluate effectiveness.
- Collaborate with SMEs, stakeholders, and the Learning team to diagnose needs and recommend learning solutions.
- Evaluate effectiveness using learner feedback and assessment data for continuous improvement.
- Act as a subject matter expert and strategic partner to internal and external stakeholders.
What You Bring to the Game
A University or specialized degree in Instructional Design or related field, plus at least five years of hands-on experience in e-learning design. Relevant certifications and a strong command of instructional design tools like Articulate 360, Camtasia, Canva, and LMS/LXP platforms are required.
