About The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Business Development Manager to lead our LATAM influencer and affiliate growth initiatives. This role involves managing a team, building key partner relationships, and driving scalable strategies for user acquisition and brand awareness through KOLs, communities, and affiliates.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead KOL and affiliate marketing strategy in LATAM.
  • Manage, coach, and grow a team of business developers.
  • Build high-impact relationships with influencers and crypto communities.
  • Design localized, data-driven influencer campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Product, Brand, Legal, and Ops teams.
  • Optimize campaign performance using analytics and dashboards.
  • Develop scalable onboarding, engagement, and tracking processes.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.

What We Look For In You

  • Over 5 years in business development, influencer marketing, or affiliate partnerships.
  • Proven success managing teams in high-growth environments.
  • Deep understanding of KOL and affiliate acquisition channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
  • Experience in crypto, fintech, or tech is preferred.

Nice to Haves

Experience with tools like Google Analytics and PartnerStack, scaling influencer programs in new markets, and a passion for blockchain, DeFi, and crypto communities.
