Role Overview

The Senior Associate, Fraud Risk is responsible for managing user complaints related to risk control, including account theft, fraud, and security concerns. You will coordinate with internal teams, review account modification requests, ensure procedural adherence, and uphold high security and accuracy standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle user complaints on risk related issues.
  • Coordinate with technical and customer service teams.
  • Review and process account status change requests.
  • Maintain confidentiality and prioritize platform security.
  • Utilize multiple internal systems and adhere to procedures.

What We Look For

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably with relevant industry experience.
  • At least 1.5 years in customer complaint handling or risk management.
  • Proficient in English communication (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer proficiency, with preference for Mac systems.
  • Team player with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Team & Work Environment

You will be part of a team of five, working closely with a team lead and global managers. The role is primarily office-based in a modern workspace with a hybrid option to work remotely up to two days per week post probation.

Performance & Development

Performance is continuously monitored through regular training, coaching, and shadowing opportunities. A three-month probation period with dedicated guidance is provided to ensure success.
