What You’ll Be Doing

As the Manager for Institutional Sales Enablement Europe, you will:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive lead generation strategy tailored to institutional sales and EU markets.
  • Plan and coordinate B2B events, webinars, and conferences to drive engagement.
  • Collaborate across teams to create compelling marketing content and collateral.
  • Track performance with established metrics and KPIs, offering data-driven insights.
  • Engage with senior leadership to align strategies with business objectives and client needs.

What We Look For In You

You should have experience in sales enablement or lead generation focused on institutional clients in EU markets, strong expertise in crypto/blockchain, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
